Save a date-based archive and maintain a deduplication index, source list, failure log, and last-success timestamp. Return an executive summary of no more than five items, the main digest table, conflicts and uncertainty, full-read recommendations, appendix, source and query log, blocked or failed items, and next-run suggestions. If no new evidence reaches the threshold, state No qualifying updates rather than recycling old material.
