Privacy Policy

AI Prompt Card (aipromptcard.app, “the site”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

Information we collect

• No accounts: every feature works without registration. We do not collect names, emails, or account profiles.
• Card editor data: content and history in the card maker stay in your browser's local storage and are never uploaded.
• Online shares: only when you explicitly enable online sharing are the card text and generated image uploaded to our servers (Cloudflare infrastructure) to create an unlisted share link. Share pages are excluded from site listings and search engine indexes.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic insights (page views, referrers, device types). In regions that require consent, analytics cookies stay disabled until you opt in.
• Technical logs: to prevent abuse, the share API uses a server-held secret to turn connection data into a pseudonymous identifier used only for rate limiting; we do not store the raw IP address.

Cookies and third-party services

• Google Analytics: traffic measurement. See Google's privacy policy for details.
• Google AdSense: some public content pages may display ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, may place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve, measure, and personalize ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites; other third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies to serve ads. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, our Google-certified consent management platform identifies vendors, purposes, privacy policies, and available controls and requests applicable consent. You can manage personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings or AboutAds opt-out choices.
• X (Twitter) embeds: some prompt pages embed X posts. Loading an embed may let X collect visit data.

Data retention and deletion

Local browser data is under your control. To delete an online share (link and image), contact us at the email below with the share URL and we will remove it within a reasonable time.

Under applicable laws (such as the GDPR) you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
